What is Insomnia?

Insomnia is an area where western medicine struggles deeply.  There is medication, but it is very expensive and either near useless, addictive or causes serious side effects.  They offer “CBT”, which can involve months of tormenting yourself with questionable benefits for many.  They are practically incapable of helping with many forms of insomnia, leaving you to suffer for years.


The Sleep Lab at the Undersea Spa has a number of effective methods available.  You may spend several nights at our lab, as sleep specialists assess your current sleep issues, and we will test several effective therapies to customize some relief for your insomnia.
